In the perfectly-suited surroundings of the Royal Geographical Society, this unique
show celebrates adventure in all its forms. Curated by leading design commentator
Stephen Bayley, and supporting the British Red Cross, the exhibition showcases
rarely-seen images of people on the limits of endurance and in the extremes of our
planet’s climate. Also, less recognised forms of adventure and courage are focused
on, with a series of 10 specially-commissioned portraits of personalities who have
brought them to bear, from Archbishop Desmond Tutu to Zara Phillips.
